1. Villagescape Ltd will never wilfully disclose individually identifiable information about its members to any third party other than as specified in 2 below, without first receiving that member's permission.

2. Villagescape Ltd reserves the right to edit or disclose the contents of your private communications to law enforcement authorities if it in good faith believes that such action is reasonably necessary to:

Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal processes served against Villagescape Ltd   Protect and defend the rights or property of Villagescape Ltd or   Act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Villagescape Ltd's members or the public.

3. Members acknowledge that Villagescape Ltd may disclose certain statistical registration information in the aggregate to a third party, but will not do so without giving a 30 days opt-out notice of such intent.

4. Whenever personal information is given out online, some of that information can potentially be collected and used by people not known to the member or to Villagescape Ltd. While Villagescape Ltd goes to extensive lengths to protect its member's personal information and privacy, it cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.

Villagescape Ltd's policy does not extend to anything that is inherent to the operation of the Internet and therefore beyond its control, and it is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulations. We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this policy at any time.
